| This is my job! | Die production to manufacture automobile components The tooling plant where I belong is the department to create Dies necessary to make products ordered by a customer from the scratch. Based on Die design made by our designing department, Die materials are processed by tooling machines such as machining and wire cut and many finished materials are assembled using cranes and human hands. I have difficulty in measurement adjustment and matching as there are many detailed operations. But I always learn lessons from it and feel motivated. |

| That’s why I like this job! The episode about the happiest thing in this job! | Improvement of technological abilities and achievement when a Die is completed! There are only few students who can deal with Dies and I also started from the ABC when I joined the company. I felt really great when I learned many tooling methods and technology from seniors and finally made products after trials and errors. That was the achievement! Dies are honest. If I devote great deal of time and care, I can make good Dies. I feel much motived by that I can grasp improvement of my technological abilities visually. |
| This is the reason why I chose this company! | Challenges to difficult manufacturing! I had interests in various jobs during my job-hunting days. One of them is an automobile manufacturing industry. I chose this company because I was able to be proud of my own job with challenges to difficult thins（safety parts such as seat belts and others）. I had decided that I wanted to do something that would remain in the future if I did it at all. So, I really sympathized the company. I chose the company also because I felt proximity to President Goto and sympathized with the clear future drams. |
