I think one cannot find out what is good and what is bad about a company before joining it. I only had a vague image that products should be delivered within the time of delivery before I was assigned to this section. I think good you should make good things better and discuss bad things to improve the situation. It’s simple, but such accumulation must lead to your confidence.

| This is my job! | Production management of various automotive components I conduct production management duties to deliver products smoothly while always contacting and communicating with people inside the company, suppliers and customers. I have sometime difficulty in management duties since processing methods, the number of processes and products difficulty differ according to the product（automotive components）. But my experiences from the previous department can also be greatly used, so it’s worthwhile. |

| That’s why I like this job! The episode about the happiest thing in this job! | I can connect with many people not only through telephone… . As I like chatting with people, so it is fun to communicate with suppliers and customers although it is sometimes hard. As Taito takes hands-on approach, we often meet people. I have many chances to learn about life with wonderful advices such as products’ flow and communication methods by meeting an old woman working at home and a section manager of a supplying company. Now, I’ve got juniors in my section and tried hard with them. |
| This is the reason why I chose this company! | I chose this company because I liked the corporate atmosphere and felt potential to it! As I was born and raised in Aichi, I had many chances to deal with cars. So, I naturally hoped to land on a job in the field. Taito doesn’t have clear division among departments and leveling up depends on my efforts. I also felt attractive to the fact that Taito gave appropriate evaluation to it. It suited me since I was a person who hated to lose. I was told that the realistic but honest phrases such as “You will have more duties overtime, of course, because you do such a big thing” and “You will have hard things from now on!!” and known that life is not always good. Those words made me trust the company. |
