| This is my job! | Die making task for new products My job is to make “try（prototype）” and measurement to make production possible by the use of Dies for manufacturing automotive components made in house. While demands to products’ quality and function increase, I feel motivated by initiating various new method and dealing with cutting edge technologies. |

| That’s why I like this job! The episode about the happiest thing in this job! | My first Die adjustment! I was in charge of measurement adjustment of Die try（prototype）at the third year since joining this company. Measurement adjustment is the final process before completion of Die, so not only I but also everyone has struggle with it as refined（mm or smaller unit）adjustment ability is needed. I had supported my seniors to make a try, but I was purely happy that I adjusted measurement based on my experiences by myself and after the struggles I was able to make ideal measurement. That experience led to my own growth and confidence. |

I’ve loved cars since my childhood and for job hunting, I only visited company information sessions of car-related companies. I chose this company among them because I felt that Taito had business stability while it continued to manufacture highly-difficult products that other companies cannot make easily such as seatbelts and door locks and have shares. I was attracted to manufacturing. Also, I was greeted by many workers during factory tours. Such bright company atmosphere led me to choose Taito. I have dealt with Dies since joining the company. Dies are profound, which often worries me. But I think this company give me a chance to grow myself. |
